Flock, Ring and Atlanta’s network of more than 28,000 integrated cameras haven’t improved city’s crime clearance rates

Despite an eightfold increase in the number of cameras integrated into the city’s Connect Atlanta surveillance program, crime clearance rates have not meaningfully increased, according to data collected by the FBI.
