Maya Omar is the Editor-in-Chief of The Camelot yearbook publication, and a 12th grade student at Central Gwinnett High School in Lawrenceville, Georgia. In addition, she is a founding board member and co-president of the Muslim Student Association at her school. Omar is an aspiring lawyer, and hopes to continue her journalism studies beyond high school.
