Socialist candidate Devin Barrington-Ward conceded the Post 3 At-Large race yesterday evening. Nichole Evans Jones and Eshe Collins are headed for a Dec. 3 runoff for the city council seat.

The Center for Civic Innovation will hold a runoff forum with Jones and Collins on Nov. 12. Attendees can join virtually or in person.
