Updated Cop City Plans with DeKalb County Comments

We recently filed an open records request for DeKalb County’s official comments on the third revision of the site plans for cop city. These comments were transmitted to the APF/APD on or around 11/22/22. The comments are made largely in red ink on each page. Some of them are a little hard to read, so we’ve processed each page with OCR to make it searchable, at least.

Note that this is not a complete copy of the most recent revision of the set plans; DeKalb only supplied the pages that were marked up.

As always, we hope to bring transparency to this project, which has largely been shrouded from public view.
